Jon is a director of Pinders, a UK specialist business appraiser and valuer, having been involved in the valuation of care businesses of all sizes for more than 30 years. Jon has advised central government, the care regulators and many local authorities and is a regular contributor of published articles and seminar presentations. as well as organising the annual Healthcare Design Awards for the past 25 years.
