Carole has spent more than 30 years working in healthcare, childcare and work/life services, and adult social care. Following the success of Glassmoon Strategies, Carole co-founded Glassmoon Services in 2019 to provide specialist care in the Southwest, working with the NHS and local authorities to support young adults with complex needs to move into their own accommodation with 24/7 support. Carole is executive director of Nell Homes, a community-based housing
provider.
