Sanjay has spoken at a number of conferences, webinars, podcasts and radio shows sharing his vision and ideas of best practice, which has led to him being appointed as a non-executive director of The Outstanding Society and an ambassador of Championing Social Care, as well as a position on the advisory board of Caring Times. He believes that sharing best practice and ideas means the whole industry can work together as a dynamic force for change. He is a passionate and loud voice in the industry representing and advocating for minority residents and team members as well as small independent owner operators.
