arm Compass Executives. Sam has partnered with many of the leading providers throughout the past 12 years assembling
management teams, placing board and senior management team members, while also overseeing many of Compass Associates’
general management accounts.

Sam is a trusted advisor to many investors, corporates, real estate investment trusts, and private owners, and is responsible for many of the sector’s leading hires. CRS was established in 2009 and comprises four companies dedicated to the independent, health, care, education and life sciences sectors.
