Karolina was a care worker for 12 years, mainly working with people in their own homes. She is an experienced director and member of multiple advisory boards. She is a member of the leadership team for the IMPACT centre and is passionate about social care and social justice and never misses a chance to advocate for care workers. She is also very passionate about women’s rights and working to drive social change. Karolina has been invited to participate in many media appearances as a voice for care workers to raise awareness of their undervalued hard work.
